DAINUOJANTIS KŪNAS/ THE SINGING BODY - individual singing lessons

Body is a place of multiple encounters: our emotional experience as well as the experience of presence itself. When we sing or use our voices to communicate, the voice is born first within our bodies, and then comes out in its tangible audial form.

TĖKMĖ IR STRUKTŪRA/ STRUCTURE AND FLOW - collaborative theatremaking workshops

For the creative process to flow freely, certain structures might be helpful when applied. Vice versa, for the work to be structured and clear, sufficient flow and sometimes chaos is nescessary. In these workshops we explore the route from a creative impulse to the delivery of performance, relationships between form and content, and learn to navigate among seemingly conflicting ideas. That all may be applied in theatre making as well as in team management and other realms of creative work.

BRENDU/ WADING - collaborative poetry writing sessions

These experimental writing groups are aimed at wading deeper into our creative potential through the medium of writing and, most importantly, reading our sketches as well as having them read out loud to us. With no obligation to produce a poem of high artistic value, we reap true wealth in the weaving of thoughts, words and togetherness. Thus hearing ourselves along with being heard by the other participants creates a sort of atmosphere where we become immune to self-doubt and perfectionism. Such safe environment encourages further release of playfulness and trust.

One of the key principles of these sessions is the disappearing authorship: the material we work with is generated by the group therefore not owned individually and easy to toy with, less painful to lose. These very conditions reveal that our creativity is detached from both input and output we deal with.
